It‘s an exciting time within the Product Delivery team at IDBS. We need a People Leader to join our team and help us continue advancing our ambitious aims across talent acquisition, organisational growth and day-to-day people management practices. To help us do this, you’ll already be a proficient people manager; confident in building and maintaining an engaged and motivated team.


You will also require strong communication skills and thrive within a fast paced and technology rich environment. You don’t need to have a Software Engineering background but will need to relish the opportunity to learn about software development and agile practices at a high level in order to best support your team alongside their technical mentors.


The Role and Core responsibilities


As a People Leader at IDBS, you will join a talented team of people leaders within the Software Development department whose core responsibilities are to leverage and enable the potential in their teams. You will also require strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll regularly interact with other technical members of the Product Delivery department.
