• Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung für die Pall Deutschland Holding GmbH & Co. KG und Pall GmbH (ca. 330 MA)
• Prüfung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung entsprechend der SOX Richtlinien
• Bescheinigungen (A1, Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Krankenkassen, Erziehungsgeld, Arbeitszeitbescheinigungen, …)
• Urlaubs- und Abwesenheits Datenbank pflegen
• Prüfung Lohnfortzahlung
• Unfallanzeigen BG
• Monatliche Stundenmeldung aus Zeus/Isgus für H&S Meldung in Gensuite
• Monatliches Stundenreporting an FK und BR
• Rentendatei (Zu-/Abgänge) pflegen
• Erstellen und Prüfen der Buchungsbelege 
• Klären der Verrechnungskonten und Klären von Abweichungen mit der Buha
• Meldung BG (jährlich), Schwerbehindertenabgabe (jährlich), Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsmeldung (jährlich)
• Lohnsummenzusammenstellung (jährlich) für Gewerbesteuer
• Daten für Urlaubsrückstellung (vierteljährlich) für Buha
• Vorbereiten und Durchführen von interen und externen Prüfungen (SOX, Steuer, Sozialversicherung)
• Initiieren von Änderungen in ADP Global View aufgrund interner (Reporting, Fehlermeldungen) oder externer Anforderungen (neue Statistikanforderungen)
• Ansprechpartner für MA bei Rückfragen zur Abrechnung
• Teilnahme an HR Meetings zur Vor-/Nachbereitung von Personalveränderungen mit Auswirkungen auf die Abrechnung
• Pflege der Sozialversicherungsdaten, Steuerdaten, Versteuerung der Firmenwagen, Bankverbindungen, feste Bezüge (KfZ Kompensation, Telefonpauschale, Einmalzahlungen wie Babygeld, Stundenausgleich, Mutterschaftsgeld,…), die nur in ADP GV geändert werden

Job Requirements


⦁ Kaufmännische Ausbildung IHK im Bereich Groß- und Aussenhandelskfm. oder Industriekfm. bzw. Berufsakademie
⦁ IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office/SAP/Lotus Notes; Workday)
⦁ Mind. 5 – 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung
⦁ Regelmäßige Fortbildungen im Steuer und Sozialversicherungsrecht
⦁ Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Tarifverträgen, ERA-Einstufungen, Schichtsystemen im produzierenden Bereich und deren Umsetzung in der Abrechnung
⦁ Eigenverantwortliche Führung der Gehaltsabrechnung
⦁ Fremdsprachen (mind. Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
