The Staff Information Technology resource must have in depth functional knowledge to participate in defining, supporting, and implementing Oracle Demantra, Advance Supply Chain (ASCP) and related Oracle EBS Supply Chain touchpoint modules.  The incumbent will collect, interpret and document system requirements and findings.  Must understand the Supply Chain Planning process and will work with Global business and IT partners to ensure effective support and expand standard techniques, solutions and processes in creative and effective ways globally.  This person must be highly analytical, have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with individuals throughout the IT and Business organization.   

  • Capable of documenting and performing tasks related to Standard Work, Requirements Analysis, Design, Data Mapping, Data Conversions, Testing and Test Script creation, Configuration, Deployment, Project Management, Technical Leadership. 
  • Ability to act as a BA/Project Lead in a project of significant scope where project team includes functions outside of IT and/or project objective is driven by several different functions.
  • Communicate clearly articulate and present to senior management.
  • Flexible work hours, 24 hours on call activities, with minimal travel (0 – 10% for global deployments, site support, or team building).
  • Works with general direction and act as a key contributor in own area of knowledge, and may provide guidance to lower-level employees.
  • Nurture sense of teamwork to enable team success as well as completing personal deliverables, providing leadership and guidance to team resources to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of functional Business Analyst experience or similar role.
  • 4+ years’ experience with Oracle Demantra, ASCP and related EBS modules, to include any and all of the following.
    • Setup and configurations of Oracle DEMANTRA DM a must. 
    • Oracle ERP collection/integration to Demantra and ability to troubleshoot issues relating to the data interface. 
    • Working with core Oracle Supply Chain modules and their integration to Oracle EBS modules.  
  • 4+ years Hands on experience troubleshooting is a must, with ability to think through and analyzes complex problems, challenges and drives to root cause, and CAPA. 
  • 2+ years’ experience Working knowledge in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries.
  • 2+ years’ Experience in using MS Office suite - Word, Excel (working knowledge using formulas, graphs, pivot tables), Power Point. 

  • Oracle Fusion R13 experience. 
  • Experience in using tools: TOAD, EBS Workflow Administrator and XML Publisher.
