Your tasks:

  • Participate in the planned Oracle R12 implementation for the Laetus globally
  • Monitor and improve interfaces between the transactional and general ledgers as well as between extended applications and Oracle
  • Provide customer service to the assigned business groups
  • Deploy global projects and ensure successful execution in region
  • Document clear requirements and prepare functional design documents
  • Monitor project progress and test solutions prior to release to users for further user testing
  • Support daily business activities, including month end closure and other routine needs
  • Prepare training materials and provide user training for new processes

Job Requirements


Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst with experience in manufacturing and distribution
  • Experience with release of R12+ and/or one large scale Oracle or SAP implementation
  • Good skills in two of the following Oracle modules: Engineering, Bills of Materials, Work in Progress, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory Management Project Manufacturing
  • Experience in translating requirements to functional design documents and preparation of test plans
  • Ability to write SQL and PL/SQL statements or queries preferred
  • Fluency in English; good German skills or willingness to learn the language
