In the HR Labour relations team at Radiometer we support the managers, HR Business partners and employees of the organization with HR-legal and operational day to day HR-tasks. We have an exciting and busy workday with many different tasks and projects. We are looking for an additional team member to join us.

We are looking for someone who has spent at least 3-5 years working with Labour Relations in the HR Department in a larger company where employees are working under different employment terms and in collaboration with different unions representatives and work councils covering both white collars and blue collars.

Legal advice in the employee life cycle 
Your primary responsibility is to provide operational and HR-legal support to managers and HR Business partners in the daily HR processes related to hiring, terminations and job changes and to ensure compliance with our collective bargaining agreements. You also take on an active role in cases regarding sick leave, performance issues, and team collaboration and generally support the managers and employees. 

Furthermore, you interact and collaborate with our employee representatives on many different tasks and together with your team ensure compliance with HR legal requirements. 

You take lead in delivering relevant HR analytics (statistics and data related to labour relations activities).

You will have an opportunity to develop within the HR function and depending on performance develop into an HR Business Partner role.

Additional responsibilities include 
• Support in problem solving processes related to employee administration and retention etc.
• Maintain the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed
Together with your team to maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

You join the Labour Relations team consisting of a manager and lawyer, Julie Mønsted, alongside with three team members. Other parts of HR entail the HR Business Partners, HR Compliance, the Comp & Ben team, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. The labour relations team is a trusted advisor for the HR Business Partners and the managers in the organization. Job Requirements


We expect that you are fluent in English and Danish and hold a Master’s degree preferably within law, or within HR, business, psychology, social science or similar combined with hands on experience with HR-law and labour relations. 

This combined with the following competencies / skills / experiences increase your chances of success:

• 3-5  years of experience as HR generalist in a large or medium size international organization including but not limited to: hiring, terminations, performance improvement plans, difficult conversations with employees
• Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well structured and executable solutions 
• Ability to tackle hands on HR related matters 
• Good understanding and practical experience with Danish labor legislations – experience in working with collective agreements and shop stewards 
• Experience with HR Administration, HR data/ KPI’s and compensation framework
• Project Management Skills
• High customer orientation 
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Experience in working with data in Excel
