Description

Daily administrative support


•  Collaborate in a complex global organization with the corporate office, other sites, and internal/external stakeholders

•  Schedule and coordinate meetings.

•  Provide overall data to management. Solicit multiple sources, organize and compile in formats to facilitate analysis and presentation. Establish, update and maintain files, records, etc.,

•  Propose solutions to management to promote continuing improvement to practices or processes

Facilities Responsibilities

Administrate cars and mobile phones fleets, including managing car allocation, managing upkeeping and renewals, fuel cards, toll, insurance

Maintain files and manage order submissions (introduce purchase requests) and invoice approvals

Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

Manages staff protection equipment

Assist to manage the upkeep of equipment and office space to meet health and safety standards

Handle insurance and service contract


Limited contract = Contrat à durée déterminée jusqu'au 31/12/2019

Temps partiel = 24 heures par semaine

Office location : 10 minutes from Nanterre Prefecture RER

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Superior degree (BTS or Licence)
French and English fluent
