The NA Supplies and Parts Strategist is responsible for the development of growth strategies for the NA Supplies and Parts business as well as execution of go-to-market for several strategic channels. Focus areas will include diagnosing and responding to macro trends in our business, setting the commercial strategy for key channels (Distributor, GSA, & Parts), and developing enablement strategies for the Inside Sales team. The NA Supplies and Parts Strategist will also work closely with the Global Supplies and Parts and Product Management team to ensure execution of mutual priorities. At the direction / discretion of the NA Supplies and Parts Manager, the NA Supplies and Parts Strategist may be asked to investigate other areas of impact on Supplies and Parts growth. 

Success for this individual will be measured by achievement of NA revenue growth targets while maintaining attractive margins and enabling the Inside Sales team to achieve a substantially higher level of individual performance against key KPIs. 

• Assess Supplies and Parts business regularly to understand growth drivers and forecast long-term sustainability
• Diagnose and propose countermeasures for barriers to growth, such as supply chain issues, gaps in the current product portfolio, and underperformance of specific channels
• Drive Supplies and Parts business through non-traditional channels (defined as Distributor, GSA, and Parts)
• Create/improve processes to manage Supplies and Parts discounting through Equipment, OEM, GSA, and Master Purchase Agreement channels
• Work closely with Global Supplies and Product Management teams to improve execution of product discontinuances/releases, convey NA priorities, and identify resources/practices that can improve NA performance.
• Create enablement strategies for the Inside Sales team, specifically account segmentation, visual management, SFDC dashboards, and dialing campaigns

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s Degree - ideally in accounting, finance, or other relevant business-related degree
• Min 3 years of working experience in Sales Operations or Sales support role
• Experience with a business intelligence tool and data visualization
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Access; SQL or VBA knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of statistical process controls and modeling
• Willing to travel < 10% of time
