  • Prozesssteuerung von Nicht-Konformen Produkten in der Datenbank Smartsolve

  • Untersuchung der nichtkonformen Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

  • Koordination und Kommunikation über verschiedene Fachbereiche hinweg

  • Leitung der täglichen Besprechungen zur Festlegung der Materialdisposition
    Freigabe der Fehlerursachenanalyse

  • Planung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung und Verbesserung der Qualität und Überprüfung der Ergebnisse

  • Erstellung und Weiterleitung von 8D Reporten mit Fehlerursache an Lieferanten
    Erstellung von Qualitätsstatistiken und deren zielgerichtete Auswertung
    Bereitstellung der täglichen Qualitätskennzahlen

Job Requirements


  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, sowie Weiterbildung zum Techniker/in oder technisches Studium;
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsumfeld vorzugsweise im Bereich Mechanik und der Handhabung von nichtkonformen Produkten;
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Fertigungs- und Montagetechniken sowie von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung (Lean Tools)
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung eines CAPAs oder SCARs
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von aussagefähigen Dokumente
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung mit Handhabung von nichtkonformen Produkten
  • Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkentnisse
