Description

The NobelProcera Sales Specialist is responsible for training and promoting NobelProcera and NobelClinician products and services to the dental community, with a special focus on the dental laboratory through a consultative sales approach. Attributes include creative selling/promotion, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with Territory Representatives and Regional Managers, supporting lab development plans with a dedicated budget, and providing comprehensive customer training on our technology and solutions.

  • Manage and develop a high-producing territory
  • No direct people responsibility but position includes peer-to-peer training and support
  • Indirect influence with Territory Representative,Territory Manager, and Senior Territory Manager
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support
  • Effectively manage expense budget
  • Extensive travel
  • Schedule includes evenings and weekends based on the development needs of the territory

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years dental sales experience and/or 3+ years experience working in a dental laboratory
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors preferred.
  • 1+ years CAD design experience within the dental industry required
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of restorative and surgical implant dentistry
  • Technical/clinical knowledge
  • Basic laboratory knowledge of materials, workflow, and business acquisition
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to develop strong CAD skills
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrates consultative selling approach – partnership and trust
  • Demonstrates confidence and takes initiative
  • Ability to work with other team members
