Description

Primary Responsibilities:
 Lead & guide sales teams in taking proactive steps to meet or exceed overall business targets (Including Revenue and Operating Profit)
 Coach & motivate performance of all AP staff. Build strong talent and skill base to scale up the business
 Build winning team atmosphere through Engagement, Enablement and Energy infusing a team with positive “can do” spirit
 Formulate AP sales strategies. Utilize effective sales management skills to maximize sales penetration through strategic planning & competitive strategies in alignment with VJ global & regional initiatives
 Monitor & control operating expenses in line with budget
 Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews & updates of prospects with sales teams & follow up closely on actual realization.
 Regularly meet existing customers and new potentials

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor Degree with major in business, engineering or science. Master degree or above in Business related is a plus
 Over 10 years’ experience in relationship management, metrics, Direct sales, and business growth in Industry
 A minimum of 3 year proven leadership and management of a sales team
 Demonstrated ability to assess talent, motivating and leading teams to achieve results, building organization capability and developing high performance teams
 Demonstrated excellence in developing and executing sales strategy for new and adjacent market share gains – execution punctuated by strong approach to using process to maximize business performance
 A strong and progressive leader with excellent communication skills. A demonstrable self-starter and highly motivated professional with strong problem solving skills
 Success in working in a global, multi–cultural organization and is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on new challenges.
 Capacity to work under pressure and results and solution-oriented
 Integrity, Energetic, positive thinker and team player
 Proficiency in English
 Finance fundamentals
