As a fast growing Enterprise-focused market leader, we are looking for a high potential Account Executive – DAM, who is looking not only for a challenge, but also great advancement opportunities, to join our team in Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL.

The Account Executive – DAM will focus on accelerating the growth of MediaBeacon’s DAM business in N.A. through developing Executive-level relationships with organizations from medium to enterprise across multiple vertical markets including Retailers, CPG, Media & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Non-For-Profit, Financial Services and many others. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell MediaBeacon DAM solutions, increasing awareness of latest technologies and best practices around DAM.
  • Develop New Customer relationships, account strategies and tactical penetration plans. 
  • Embrace MediaBeacon’s Enterprise Sales Process to meet/exceed sales targets, including coordinating the sales process towards project closing. 
  • Obtain commitment from target companies to sell and implement MediaBeacon to enhance their DAM capabilities.
  • Expand network and relationship towards a defined group of New Customer Prospect, with a focus on Business Owners, IT and Procurement. 
  • Customize presentations to address Prospective Customer business needs.
  • Demonstrate how the proposed solution can add substantial value in replacing or enhancing the Prospective Customer’s current business operations.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of MediaBeacon solutions.
  • Promote MediaBeacon through Networking Events and Trade Shows.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field. 

  • At least 3 years of Field Sales experience; 5 to 7+ years preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and sales skills.

  • Travel required – up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada.

  • Contract Negotiations – ability to negotiate large, multi-year, multinational deals and achieve outcomes that not only satisfy the Customer’s needs, but also position us for future growth. 

  • Industry Domain Knowledge – able to communicate with Executive decisions-makers within our target verticals in “their language” and propose solutions that directly address their specific needs.

  • Communication Skills – able to create, and clearly and crisply communicate, unique value propositions both internally and externally. 

  • Team Player— need to coordinate activities with the broader MediaBeacon Team and achieve a desired, agreed-upon outcome.

  • Leadership Skills – ability to drive sales through targeted New Customers and engage varying levels of the MediaBeacon Organization to ensure that the right solution is delivered at the right time.

  • Project Selling – ability to follow-up and stay on top of multiple, long sales cycle projects whose requirements often change over time.
