1.      Manage
design change for products’ performance enhancement, cost saving and quality
improvement via

2.      Plan and
implement verification & validation for design change solution via design
change process and prepare relevant documents;   

3.      Support the
technology development project in design control process to be transferred for
production ;

4.      Realize the
project based products transfer collaborate with engineering team;

5.      Support to
sourcing engineer and Industry engineer in design / technical aspect to realize
cost down, fulfil quality target and ensure smooth production;

6.      Technical
documents preparation, like 2D/3D drawing, BOM, DHF;

7.      Support
regulatory affairs department in medical device
registration, coordinate relevant actions.

Job Requirements




Qualifications &

BS in engineering degree with min 3 years
experience or MS degree with min 1 year experience

Skills & Knowledge:

3D CAD experience (PRO E preferred)

Basic knowledge of mechanics processing
including material, machining, molding and extrusion

Design for manufacturing

Medical device development knowledge

DFMEA and VAVE knowledge preferred


•    project
management experience preferred, international company experience preferred

Personal Skills /

•    Good problem solving
skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication ability

•    Work
in details and good at coordinating cross functional groups

•    Good
team player

Other areas: eg. Language & office skill

•    English
basic communication

•    Computer level:
Proficient with Word, Excel
