Orascoptic is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, customer-focused team member that will contribute to company success through the development and execution of various marketing initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Manager. This role will assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns through multiple measurable channels including but not limited to digital, social, direct mail and print.
This role will contribute to elements of the company’s strategic plan as it relates to content development and production. The Marketing Specialist will also be instrumental in ensuring marketing materials are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all markets.  
  • Build and manage social media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest.
  • Create marketing materials for Orascoptic products lines – including brochures, advertisements, emails, eBooks and other promotional materials.
  • Continually update corporate web site, social media properties and online store with new content.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with lead generation, lead nurturing and customer retention campaigns.
  • Measure marketing campaign effectiveness, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product marketing on logo design, product claims and booth graphics.
  • Oversee product photoshoots and company’s image library.
  • Assist in the development of educational and promotional videos.
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory and compliance on new product launches. 
  • Support the launch of new products to the field.
  • Provide media relations support as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, journalism, communications or related field required.
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience required: preferably in the medical device, dental or healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years experience developing and deploying content required; in a highly regulated environment preferred.
  • 2+ years experience deploying email campaigns; HubSpot preferred.
  • 2+ years experience campaign results and ROI
Qualified Candidates will possess:

  • Ability to think creatively to identify success ways to drive leads
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Consistently adhere to project timelines.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as under direction.
