Marketing projects coordinator and sales support


As part of Marketing department for Spain and Portugal, based in Lisbon/Porto, you will be responsible for achieving annual marketing strategies in the designated area, as part of the marketing and sales support team, to support and grow Radiometer’s customers.


The job

To become successful, reporting to the Sales Support Manager (Marketing Dept), your responsibilities and tasks will among others include:


  • Take responsibility as Product Manager for some Radiometer´s products.

  • Develop, coordinate and execute actions plans to promote products under your responsibility both internally with sales employees and with customers.

  • In coordination with the sales team, to plan prospection strategies looking for new business opportunities

  • Support to the sales team to get information about the needs of the customer in specific projects, set up the strategy and make the presentations of the customized Radiometer solution

  • Scientific and applications support to current customers, with visits on regular basis

  • Prepare and present Annual Account Reviews to the major current customers, as part of the Radiometer retention plan

  • Support to the sales team for training of current and new customers

  • Actively promote activities in the customers, to get evidence of the high performance of the Radiometer products. Posters, publications, etc.

  • Under your own responsibility, to lead new projects in new segments, establishing relationships with key opinion leaders

  • Follow the opportunities that come from marketing digital activities in the assigned area

  • Have a university degree in sciences (Biology/Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related discipline).

  • Fluently speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

  • +3 years of marketing/product management/sales experience and knowledge in health/hospitals sector. Experience in Diagnostics market.

  • Manage IT tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office package (excel, word, power point).

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) plus the ability to relate well to colleagues from varied markets & cultures

  • Creative thinker to solve issues within an agreed timeframe, always seeking to improve

  • A self-starter who can multi task & initiate new ideas

  • Ability to convince and excite others through their communication & actions

  • Willingness to share ideas, plans, responsibilities etc. with others. Believes that the ‘Best Team Wins’

  • Embody trust, integrity and ethics inside and outside the company

  • Customer focused approach to addressing business issues

  • Ability to comprehend scientific applications / markets
