Job Summary:  Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager, KaVo Kerr Restoratives will participate in overall downstream category strategy, analysis, marketing communication activities, and dealer programs.  The Marketing Manager will support and maintain overall downstream marketing category activity, for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of Restoratives marketing strategy and supporting tactics
  • Analyzes market trends, sales and customer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct VOC research and analyze data to deliver recommendations
  • Developing marketing and sales tools to support existing and new products
  • Assist in developing campaigns, campaign execution and media planning activities
  • Lead tracking and perform analysis on lead effectiveness
  • Manage marketing sponsorship logistics for all major events
  • Close collaboration with channel partners and assist in execution of dealer programs
  • Close collaboration with the sales team assisting with any marketing supported activities
  • Close collaboration with upstream marketing team on new product ideas and launches

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:



  •  Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.
  • 3+ years downstream category/brand management experience in a marketing role required; medical device/dental industry preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience of working with and influencing cross functional teams required

    Reasoning Ability:  
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    Computer Skills:  
    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Travel:  Travel – averaging 35% of a monthly schedule (including occasional weekends) is required in performance of this position.
