How can you be a leader in the fight against cancer?

As the Marketing Manager, International Marketing for Mammotome you will act as the voice for International markets specifically our indirect distribution channel markets (spanning 20+ countries, 3 main geographic regions). You will be driving marketing strategy, competitive excellence and differentiation in international indirect markets. You will collaborate with regional distributors and sales teams, clinical specialists and other relevant partners in the development and execution of the strategic downstream plan to build pipeline and sales opportunities. In addition you will develop and execute sales and marketing communications, tools, programs and go to market strategies with Dealer/Distribution Manager field leadership to drive revenue.



How you'll help our global initiatives:

  • You will handle commercial downstream marketing strategies, gaps and opportunities including go-to market, expansion opportunities and multi-channel plans in order to differentiate from our competitors. Includes but not limited to: EMEA, LATAM, APAC.
  • Partner with Director of International Distribution and global distribution team to develop strategic plan to meet revenue goals in short, mid and long term.
  • Measure, analyze and report on channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness including ROI.
  • Ensure successful product launch and commercial maintenance including coordinating and troubleshooting regulatory/quality. Service and legal requirements for successful marketing entry including working through distributors.
  • Effectively collaborate and consult with Regulatory, R&D, upstream marketing, training, clinical and regional marketing to guide cross-functional teams on required evidence, testing and label opportunity for international markets.
  • We develop outstanding credibility with commercial teams through product, procedural and clinical knowledge

Qualifications



Education:

  • A bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of medical device experience with solid business acumen and knowledge of medical device market environment is required.
  • Commercial experience in breast cancer or related fields strongly preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks through prioritization in order to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Consistently pushes self and others to achieve goals and objectives with a track record of successes based on integrity.
  • Experience with developing commercial strategies; converting these into tactical marketing collaterals and trainings, delivering results
  • Ability to understand, interpret and handle clinical data from both presentations and publications.
  • Experience working in International markets and/or Indirect Dealer sales channels preferred
  • Excellent sense of medical devices markets and customer engagement
  • Thorough understanding of functional marketing ideally in the medical devices field
  • self-motivated, goal-oriented with high level of energy
  • Manages ambiguity and can work highly independently
  • Appreciation for continuous improvement, measuring results
  • Willing to travel up to 50%, mix of domestic and international locations
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, grammar and letter composition skills, as well as follow-up skills.
