Description

Summary:

Develop and execute demand and lead generating campaigns to support the regional Partner to Protect and Clinical Leader strategic initiatives for the Medical Business Unit which includes:

• Executing Campaigns

• Developing Collateral

• General Administration


Main Tasks:

Executing Campaigns (60%)

• Manage and improve demand & lead generation campaigns, measuring results across different channels and segments and improving outcome constantly

• Adapting campaigns from global into regional/local country needs

• Manage integrated top-of-funnel and nurture programs (incl. off- and online activities, exhibition concepts)

• Leveraging market research and audience insights, thinking creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers and chooses appropriate channels, messages and creatives in alignment with the strat plan, portfolios and sales

• Co-ordinating and aligning marketing campaigns with sales activities

• Regional Website improvement and maintenance

• Maintaining, Improving and developing content for the sales communication tool eFlyer

• Regional Website improvement and maintenance


Developing Collateral (20%)

• Developing regional sales and marketing materials

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce content and educational material


General Administration (20%)

• Maintain effective internal communications

• Work with internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors

• Oversee project and campaign management, timelines, results, optimizations and build solid regional reporting

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualifications & Experiences:


• Educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing or business discipline, 

• Industry experience in Life Science, Medical business experience preferred 

• Experience writing copy and developing content and collateral 

• Experience planning, develop and executing customer events or marketing tactics

• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills, strong project and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

• The ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve

• Ability to work alone and use own initiative. 

• Strong technical knowledge 

• Computer experience and proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Fluent in German and in English
