To direct the marketing and communication functions globally,
with an emphasis on leading and managing key customer & internal events,
external marketing communications, Analyst Relationships and spearheading a
variety of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns. These activities are
expected to be completed professionally, on time and within budget. 

Job Requirements



  • To manage a team of 4 marketing associates across Content,
    Digital Marketing, Event, Lead Management and Prospecting functions.
  • Brand stewardship: protect and evolve the Brand’s equity by
    managing and enforcing brand guidelines while continuously evolving, adapting
    and positioning the Brand with leading graphic design and purposeful content
  • To lead the definition, deployment and management of customer
    & internal events, including tradeshows, road shows, open houses, partner
    & reseller events, Sales kickoff and President’s Club each year. 
  • Identify the locations of the events, negotiate contracts, work
    with sales & business development to define the content, create interest
    & demand within our target customer base, and ensure the internal resources
    are aligned for us to hold a successful event within the allotted budget.
  • To create and deploy our marketing messages in support of our
    product launches, customer events, trade shows, special promotions and all
    customer communication. Responsibilities include format development, copy
    writing, research, and in alignment with our Operating Platform.
  • Manage our external communication partners, including our Public
    Relations partner & industry trade publication relationships to ensure
    effective & competitively differentiated press releases, ad placements, trade articles, white papers and related documents.
  • Execute and administer our lead management process ensuring
    leads are qualified and delivered to the appropriate team(s) in a timely
    manner.  Measure the overall quality,
    quantity and return on investment of the various lead sources throughout the Americas. 
  • Assist in the definition of the annual marketing budget and
    manage the events and related expenses to remain within budget.
    • Creation of 3 years Strategic Marketing plan for Food &
      Beverage, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences, Health, Beauty & Personal
      Care, Toy & Game and Consumer Electronics verticals. Translate this into an
      annual tactical action plan.
    • Creation of segmented visibility plan for all key verticals;
      contributing to our annual Strategic Plan.
    • Review and improve lead generation & management process globally.
  • Creation of education and awareness campaigns to customers.
  • Identify, select and deploy Marketing Technology Systems to
    drive growth, profit, competitiveness and to continuously improve and evolve
    our digital ecosystem.

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree required – focus on Business, Marketing or Computer Science, MBA

  • 8-10 years of
    experience in marketing, branding, communications, digital marketing, event
    management, or communications related roles in technology companies

  • Must have
    experience in leading and managing multiple projects including large
    customer events with know-how in creating and owning a financial budget
    including negotiating vendor relationships

  • Excellent
    communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and

  • Highly
    proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Highly
    Analytical, able to transform analysis into Action Plans and to support
    and influence business decisions across different levels in the
    organizations with robust analytics and business cases.

Preferred Experience:

Business to Business Marketing, or B2C with CPG knowledge
