Responsible for leading and managing the Technical Inside Sales organization to support customer and field sales from the Pall sales offices, answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and preparing and submitting quotes on behalf of their field sales partners; specifying and selling product to customers and supporting all aspects of the product use by those customers. 

  • Develop the Tech Inside Sales Organization to deliver Pall Biotech results in the Americas
  • Participate as needed in the writing and issuing of quotations and proposals promptly
  • Innovate to improve customer satisfaction and effectiveness of the field sales force
  • Tasked with getting the answer for field sales and customers, one stop shop approach for issue resolution
  • Ensures customer satisfaction/ gathers and/or represents VOC 
  • Strive to deliver sales projection achievement, sales of preferred products, and housing sales growth
  • Acquire and develop talent and adapt workforce competencies to meet evolving business needs, while effectively managing change: 
  • Use rewards and recognition to help cultivate a customer mindset, leadership at every level, performance excellence, teamwork and compliance with Danaher’s Code of Conduct.
  • Hold self and other leaders within the BU accountable for completing people processes (goal setting, development plans, performance reviews, compensation planning, talent assessments, career plan nominations and succession planning) in a timely and quality manner.
  • Develop talent and take timely, corrective action to improve performance that doesn’t meet expectations.
  • Manage and drive improvement in the Growth Room
  • Manage the Pricing process for Biotech Americas

  1. Planning, modeling, and execution of plan in all Sales Organization
  2. Own all Standard Work associated with pricing within the region
  3. Expert in Excel


  • Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
  • Applies operational business practices and coordinates with other closely related areas to improve efficiency
  • Has formal supervisory responsibilities; coordinates resources and sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives
  • Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems 
  • Guided by policies and procedures, impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the department 
  • Explains information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues
  • Develop broad Pall biotech product technical knowledge and provides guidance on various field of specialization

Job Requirements


  • BS in engineering or science
  • Work Experience: 5+yrs in sales experience
