•      Transfer customer specifications into innovative development concepts and design regarding time, cost and quality.

•      Leading development and verification team members

•      Single point of contact with MEL team

•      Work with PJM of Peloris to deliver the product on time and with quality

•      Highlight training needs of existing and new team members

•      Identify resource needs

•      Actively drive development of modular concepts in the area of software

•      Support hiring process of new team members, match competencies with job requirements

•      Support agile planning, progress control and assuring transparency

•      Follow regulatory requirements for software development in the area of medical engineering (e.g. FDA 21 CFR Part 820)

•      Guide the team on Quality and regulatory aspects

•      A bachelor`s or Master’s degree in electrical or software engineering with minimum 10 – 14 years of experience.

•      Good Problem-Solving skills

•      High level of integrity and strategic thinking

•      Experience in creating object oriented design patterns (UML) for complex device control

•      Programming skills in C, C++, MFC for windows multitasking operating systems in the area of embedded systems

•      Experience in the area of agile software development (Scrum) 

•      Good English knowledge (oral / written)

•      Strong Team player, flexible (different time zones) and creative 

•      Capable of handling cultural differences in a global western oriented team

•      Knowledge on regulatory requirements for the development of medical devices software

•      Experience in working with MS-Office

2 Years experience in similar position recommended
