Description

The Manager Global T&E Marketing Content is setting the long term T&E strategy and road map for educational concepts for both product and services related initiatives (marketing, positioning, promotion of T&E as a differentiator versus competition). The role is solely in charge of the creation and roll-out of marketing initiatives, promoting Training & Education at Nobel Biocare, globally. This role needs to interact closely with all other stakeholders within sales, execution stream for T&E, Key Experts, product management and other global departments and key countries.





  • Is responsible for the Strategic development of new course programs for training on Nobel Biocare products & solutions. 

  • Ensures the optimal mix of didactic methodologies (online and off-line) and supports the development and introduction of new such channels for the Nobel Biocare Training & Education offering

  • Will represent the Training & Education stream in all Product launch projects for designated products and solutions, ensuring that a comprehensive and competitive Training & Education plan is included in all product launch projects

  • Is responsible for the creation, management and maintenance of all Global Training material and course hand-books (Dental Professional Education) within the designated area of training

  • Is responsible for attracting various customer segments, with programs designed to match their specific professional needs. Based on countries recommendations, he/she will be responsible as well for selecting & training the local ambassadors. 

  • Is responsible for the quality assurance as well as the compliance with global standards of Nobel Biocare entire Global Course program within his/her area of responsibility.

  • Is responsible to engage the relevant experts (Key experts but not limited to those) in order to ensure feedback, VOC, and the quality and relevance of the contend suggested.

  • Communicate and align with the execution stream for T&E and provide support if needed, to ensure a sales driven approach to all Training & Education activities within Nobel Biocare and his/her area of responsibility. This means e.g.: aligned sales offers available at all training courses globally, sales ready staff available at all training courses globally, competitive pricing of the course offering globally, and much more.

  • He/she oversees the need and use of the right material ("Gripstock") at all Nobel Biocare courses globally, within his/her area of responsibility.

Qualifications



  • 5+ years Marketing Project Management Experience

  • Strategic mindset and structured personality

  • Understanding of compliance & regulation 

  • Background within medical device/dental industry

  • Medical/bilology background

  • Previous experience in T&E is a plus

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, ideally 1 or 2 additional languages

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong communication skills 

  • High energy, passionate

  • Innovative mindset

  • Strong drive for achieving results, KPIs driven

  • Proven successful stakeholder management skills and project management skills
