Summary

Manager driving sales and scientific synergies between the Phenomonex columns team and the Sciex LC-MS team. 

Position Responsibilities:

As the manager of columns and consumables the responsibilities are;
•Works with the sales teams to drive lead sharing opportunities between Sciex hardware and Phenomonex column sales forces. Held accountable for revenue synergies between two sales forces.
•Develops opportunities with the applications teams (both Sciex and Phenomonex) to cross sell and grow the column and sample prep business
•Drive and leverage sales collateral across Sciex and Phenomonex sales groups.
•Serve as point person for scientific collaboration between column development teams at Phenomonex and application teams within Sciex.
•Serve as point person for Sciex – Phenomonex collaboration on development of new columns to work with new or existing hardware in new or existing markets ensuring we provide a complete solution to the customer.
•Develop and Deliver sales training
•Actively participate in Sciex – Phenomonex strategic planning.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualifications:
•5+ years’ experience in Life Science Research marketing, sales and/or technical support roles.
•Extensive demonstrated knowledge of Chromatography
•Extensive demonstrated LC experience
•Knowledge of MS market and/or technology
•Life Science market knowledge
•Strong communicator with ability to influence people directly and remotely.
•MS, PhD or extensive industry experience required in related field
•Must be available for a minimum of 25 % domestic and international travel. 
•Fluency in Mandarin highly desired.
