Description

Do you like administrative tasks and helping your colleagues? Are you good at providing service and creating structure in your daily job? Do you have a positive mindset and would you like to contribute to an engaging work environment among a specialized group of engineers? Then you may be the new Management Assistant in our department.

In this job you help our management team in the Immunoassay research and development department succeed in improving our life saving diagnostic equipment. You do this by:

• Structuring and handling administrative processes related to expenses and budgets
• Arranging meetings and team events while taking notes and communicating action plans for following up
• Assisting in creating or reviewing Power Point Presentations
• Owning the content on SharePoint and the new Intranet while considering how to make valuable information accessible and easy to find for the team
• Can assist with staff related administrative tasks – e.g. onboarding of new employees
• Are able to update project portfolios, collecting technical documentation and updating project timelines
• Speak and write Danish and English fluently (Chinese would be a unique advantage)
• Are a confident and quick learner of IT-systems, Software (MS Office) and processes

With your visibility in the organization you will be the hub and the go-to person. You will be an important contributor in our great team, influencing everyone from a “good morning!” to “how can I help you?”. Your ability to create structure in projects, writing short and crisp meeting minutesand keeping track of how you can free up time for your colleagues so they can focus on developing our devices is a vital contribution in the department.

You will be part of the management group and their meetings, and support them with, for exampleadministrative and budget related assignments.
