•         Five (5) to ten (10) years machine repair exp in a manufacturing environment.

•         Min High School Diploma; Trade school degree in electronics or past electronic repair experience preferred

•         Experience in troubleshooting and repairing resin dispensing equipment, rotary end cap equipment, and pack compression equipment.

•         Electronic trouble shooting and repair on CNC machine controls.

•         Electrical wiring experience a plus


•         Install and maintain a wide variety of complicated machine tools, test stands and building equipment with a minimum of direction.

•         Disassemble and inspect parts, plumbing, and rebuild and overhaul machines and equipment.

•         Diagnose operating problems and implement repairs to correct problem.

•         Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.

•         Use all required electrical measuring and testing devices.

•         May assist and train others.


•         Install, diagnose, repair, wire, and maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment and controls related to production and building equipment. This includes, but not limited to, motors, pumps, relays, circuit breakers, electronic machine controls and circuits, computers, printers, and other equipment.

•         Receives work assignments from supervisor or group leader.

•         Maintains preventive maintenance schedules and records as needed.

•         Able to work with minimal supervision.

•         Perform Preventive Maintenance as required.

•         Perform SPC when required.

•         Willing to work overtime as required.


Restrictions are limited only by the individual’s inability to perform essential job duties and where an unsafe condition would result for the individual or surrounding employees.

•         Required Lifting Weight: 50 lbs.  Lifting Frequency: Daily

•         Climb, bend, twist, lift, etc. to perform maintenance tasks.
