Pall's Global OLP program is a dynamic two year rotational program consisting of diverse functional opportunities generally spanning two or more Pall locations. OLP Participants will have exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, materials, and the Danaher Business System (DBS). OLP participants have a supportive curriculum of professional and leadership development, mentoring from senior leaders and opportunities to attend global symposiums. Participants are educated on Pall's Vision, and Values and Pall's processes, products and services. The 2017 cohorts will be developed as future Pall leaders and will work on compelling, high visibility projects.

Pall considers the OLP to be a path to immediate roles in operations including value stream leadership and the Danaher Business System leadership. Picture yourself working on challenging projects throughout four diverse functional assignments over a two year period. During this time you will be mentored by world class leaders in their fields. You will learn what it means to be a part of a highly successful enterprise while building your skills and preparing for future roles in Operations Leadership.
You will be part of a select group, building key relationships to carry you forward at Pall and Danaher. During the program you will work with senior leadership and be given high visibility assignments while building subject matter expertise. Pall is committed to building your capability and fostering your success. You will participate in extensive business, leadership and technical course curriculum. Please note that the OLP Program is not designed to graduate individual contributors or those who seek a traditional engineering career path.
Successful program participants will have many opportunities to accelerate their career growth. Graduates of OLP are developed as the talent pipeline for many roles including but not limited to:
  • Value Stream Leader
  • Danaher Business System Leader
  • Future career roles in many disciplines including materials, supply chain, distribution or sourcing
  • Future career roles in Operations Leadership at the plant, BU, regional or global level

Job Requirements


Candidates selected for the program have a history of strong academic achievement in engineering, prior demonstrated leadership and have excelled in community, professional or extracurricular activities. This combined academic achievement and experience is used to evaluate the candidate’s maturity for future leadership roles, commitment to personal excellence, and ability to collaborate with others to achieve outstanding results. Candidates with related work experience in engineering or the sciences are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requires a Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Engineering with 0-2 years of applicable work or research experience. Candidates must be open to relocation. Candidates must have a desire to work in Manufacturing Operations and lead people. This is not the program leading toward a traditional technical engineering career path.
