X-Rite, a Danaher Company, recognized nationally as one of the “Best & Brightest Companies to Work For” is seeking a Lead Management Specialist to join the team in Grand Rapids, Michigan! You will manage, collect and qualify information from our customers and prospects interested in X-Rite solutions and services. 

The Opportunity:
1. Achieve and ideally exceed the annual lead goal and sales conversion goal established by the company.
2. Complete outbound calling for X-Rite product lines from various mediums focused on finding new X-Rite customers.
3. Provide creative lead generation strategies to team members. Contribute to the team, including advising as to call strategy, script customization, effective probing and objection-handling techniques.
4. Obtain customer contact information and other meaningful information to populate our CRM SalesForce.com database.
5. Cultivate new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning products and services that meet their needs in regard to color measurement applications.
6. Notify Inside or Field sales representative immediately of qualified sales leads.
7. Proactively communicate on a weekly basis to sales force to ensure team cohesiveness.
8. Maintain basic knowledge of X-Rite's product lines and service offerings.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
1. Goal-oriented, self-starter motivated by metrics and the achievement of goals.
2. Degree from a four year accredited college preferred; will accept equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
3. Three to five years of relevant experience in lead management or customer service environment.
4. Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.
5. Proven organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
6. Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
