•         Responsable de la validación de Leads de Marketing (tradicional y digital) y de las campañas de generación telefónica de oportunidades de venta.

•         Apertura de nuevos mercados.

•         Gestión de oportunidades potenciales para el área de ventas.

Job Requirements


•         Atención y seguimiento a clientes cautivos y potenciales a través de llamadas de seguimiento y retroalimentación sobre las oportunidades generadas – Inbound/Outbound.

•         Gestión y administración de bases de datos.

•         Calificar y asignar los formularios generados por Marketing Digital (PPC, SEO, e-mail, otros digitales)

•         Identificar las necesidades e intereses de los prospectos referente a los equipos de marcaje y  codificado y las posibles mejoras para aumentar la conversión.

•         Desarrollar procesos y procedimientos de acuerdo a los estándares globales establecidos.

•         Participar en creación y desarrollo de campañas de generación de oportunidades de venta por telemarketing, como parte de los esfuerzos de penetración de mercados verticales, de soporte de lanzamiento de productos y otras actividades comerciales.

•         Seguimiento y análisis de los indicadores (KPI) TLG y SLG así como la implementación de planes de acción para la rentabilidad de las campañas.
