  1. Produce all components, subassemblies, and final assemblies in related area to blueprint and work instructions

  2. Work under the direction of the supervisors, group leaders, team leaders, or more experienced personnel with little supervision

  3. Setup and operate the majority of the equipment in related area to produce product to specification requirements

  4. Maintain high quality and production standards and keep records


  1. Understand and use measuring equipment

  2. Setup and operate necessary equipment for welding and brazing operations

  3. Complete all necessary paperwork required

  4. Produce and measure product to insure compliance to blueprint and work instruction specifications

  5. Maintain clean, neat, and safe work area

  6. Assist in training co-workers

  1. Good eye and hand dexterity

  2. Participate in Kaizen and other Improvement program.

  6. Perform preventive maintenance as required

  7. Willing to work overtime as required

Job Requirements


  • High School Graduate or equivalent. (i.e. GED)
  • Trade school or previous welding experience
  • Basic Math Skills 
  • One- year Tig Welding experience

  • Ability to understand, follow and effectively communicate verbal and written instructions

  • Basic knowledge of all processes and equipment in related areas
  • This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.  U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.  Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.


Restrictions are limited only by the individual’s inability to perform essential job duties and where an unsafe condition would result for the individual or surrounding employees.  

  • Required Lifting Weight: 50 lbs.
  • Lifting Frequency:  Daily
  • Bend/lift/sit/stand for long periods of time.
