Lab Technician will be responsible for following document procedures and continuous reproducibility of batch formulations. 

Perform routine procedures for daily, weekly, monthly reagent lot/batch preparation in accordance with documented procedures


Perform analytical testing of prepared solutions as required. 

May perform instrument quality control checks per established procedures. 

Perform mathematical calculations and data manipulations, which may require the use of a computer or calculator. 

Maintain complete, accurate and compliant documentation for batch records, label creation, and inventory control.

Maintain laboratory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. 

Order and maintain laboratory supplies. Ensure maintenance and calibration of all equipment prior to use.

Support laboratory experiments under close supervision. 

May be required to perform data input procedures and daily/monthly production summary reports.  

Required to review manufacturing procedures and update as necessary per the change control process. 

Perform all activities in accordance with General Lab Practices (GLP)/ General Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and established safety procedures. 

Deploy continuous improvement initiatives to support lean manufacturing. 

Laboratory Technician will be responsible for deliveries in clean room.

Maintain and calibrate analytical equipment used in laboratory. 

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Related lab experience
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good eyesight required
  • Must not have any chemical allergies 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong math aptitude. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio 
  • Chemistry or Biology Associate degree 
  • Good laboratory practice experience
  • Knowledge of Clean Room procedures
