    Successfully drive a highly complex hospital & Diagnostic Labs sale from introduction of a new
    screening and diagnostic concepts through closure and implementation, working with physicians,
    laboratory, infection control, Quality Assurance and executive staff members to identify needs, gain
    consensus, and close new assay and instrumentation business as rapidly as possible.

    • Responsible for Managing and Growing business in existing and new Institutional accounts in assigned territory at achieve Sales Goals
    • Expand Menu utilization and Assay Maximization at existing Government accounts for additional revenue
    • Negotiates and manages contracts - Introduces new testing concepts and products with various Stakeholders
    • Work with the Business Manager to develop sales strategies, customer Specific Plans and execute the plans to achieve agreed targets
    • Work closely with Field Application Specialists (FAS) and Technical Support Specialists (TSS) to maintain customer satisfaction and timely educational seminars.
    • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals and should be confident for assay demonstrations at customer sites
    • Host and assist with product shows in association with Marketing team

Job Requirements



    Education or Experience (in years):
    • 2-6 years sales experience in Diagnostics Market; experience with PCR will be an added advantage
    • Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc., B.Tech., M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA etc).

    Knowledge and skills:
    • Strong Customer Relationships and following a compliant working pattern
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
    • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

    • Position is field based, requires travel in line with business needs
