As a Kavo Kerr Sales Representative, you will employ a consultative approach in selling high-quality dental products and materials for the Kavo Kerr portfolio through assigned distribution channels. Kavo Kerr Sales Representatives spend the majority of time "co-traveling" with dealer sales representatives and developing group practice business. Dealer management responsibilities include promotions to increase market share of Kavo Kerr products. You will also coordinate and conduct appropriate dealer-training sessions, clinics, and attend trade shows to generate additional sales.


  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas while managing the territory within assigned expense budgets.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with both dealer reps and key customers by co-traveling and direct selling activities.

  • Develop and present business plans and promotions to customer base that drives results.

  • Attend trade shows and coordinate/conduct appropriate dealer training sessions.

  • Effectively uses CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.

  • Support internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, including new product launches.

Job Requirements



  • B.A. or B.S degree required. (Science/Technical background, a PLUS!)



  • 3+ years outside sales experience selling a premium product with a proven track record.

  • Dental or medical device sales preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop on-going professional relationships with customers

  • Ability to motivate and train dealer representatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record



  • Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and creatively.

  • Ability to work with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and iPad.

  • Distribution sales experience preferred.



  • Laptop, iPad, iPhone and company car provided. 

  • All business expenses will be reimbursed.

  • Eligible for incentive trip and other company sponsored promotional activities.

  • Territory includes:  Hawaiian Islands

  • Key Areas:  Honolulu, Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Big Island

  • Travel:  Approximately: 15% overnight travel.

  • Sales representative should be based out of: Honolulu, HI.
