Description

The Kavo Kerr Sales Rep will manage assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals.  Maintain, build, and create relationships with existing dealer partners and end users within territory.  Ensure new and repeat business through sourcing and building upon existing accounts.  Provide daily as well as strategic direction for sales activities for assigned territory.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives to ensure a customer centric organization.

  • Assess and manage sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy. 

  • Develop and drive performance objectives, KPIs and countermeasures to ensure achievement of sales goals in assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with sales channel through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-alongs etc.

  • Actively ensure increasing mindshare of sales channel through creative sales & marketing efforts such as: product offerings, promotions, campaigns, and training.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

EDUCATION:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  High School diploma required.

 

EXPERIENCE:


  • 3+ years of combined sales and/or sales management experience.  Dental experience strongly preferred.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong communication and relationship development skills

  • Excellent analytical and prioritization skills

 

TRAVEL/LOCATION:


  • Laptop, iPad, iPhone and company car provided. 

  • All business expenses will be reimbursed.

  • Eligible for incentive trip and other company sponsored promotional activities.

  • Overnight Travel30%


  • Geographic Territory includes: British Columbia


  • Key Cities: Vancouver Island, Okanagan


  • Sales Representative should be based out of Vancouver, BC or surrounding areas.
