Key Areas of Responsibilities (主要工作职责)

•         负责北方(华北、东北)直销业务,实现销售目标;

•         根据公司直销战略拓展新行业的直销客户,拓展华北、东北地区集团客户;

•         分析大客户的数据、客户类型,与客户总部建立联系,确立直销合作模式,包括合作策略、定价、技术服务、培训交流计划;

•         与技术支持、售后、物流、财务、法务、合同等部门一道推动直销客户的投标、合同签订、合同执行;

•         建立并完善直销客户的客户管理;

•         与VM团队一道实现直销客户的管理与增长目标。

Job Requirements


Job Specifications(职位需求)

•         环境、化学、自动化等相关专业,重点大学本科以上学历;

•         5年以上仪器仪表行业或水行业外资客户、工业集团客户、水务公司直销业务经验;

•         3年以上外企工作经验优先,有集团公司、水务公司、外资工业、客户资源优先;

•         良好的商务技能、合同谈判能力;

•         具备一定的与直销业务相关的法务和财务知识;

•         有较强的商业敏锐性、策略性思维,良好的组织技巧;

•         诚信敬业、高度的工作热、良好的团队合作精神和职业操守;

•         熟练的英语读写水平,可以进行口语交流;

•         能适应经常出差。
