Main Duties:
• To develop & manage designated Aerospace, Marine and Defense accounts within CEE (OEM & Spares)
• To develop & manage designated MRO business within CEE
• Meet the  agreed AOP and the GM targets
• Provide technical & commercial support to customers, other field sales colleagues & internal departments such as Engineering, Legal, Contracts and Manufacturing.
• Ensure designated area achieves growth and sales projection targets
• Manage and develop relationships at all levels within the designated accounts.
• Manage the commercial aspects of large new projects from enquiry to completion following corporate policies & processes.
• Ensure full compliance to export regulations & the storage/handling of classified data.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated & understood by other departments such as engineering, legal & contracts.
• Present and increase sales of new products to all accounts.
• Negotiate long term agreements in line with corporate policy.
• Respond positively and support corporate initiatives
• Provide accurate forecasting for business area in a timely manner when requested.
• Ensure cross functional teams are engaged appropriately with customers.
• Continue to develop an understanding of Pall technologies and customer processes to add value in the sales process. 
• Meet departmental & individual KPI’s agreed with your line manager.
• Interact with Inside Sales (CDG, CS, TIS)
• Support colleagues globally in promoting & securing sales of Pall products within the Aerospace, Defense & Marine  sector

Job Requirements


Qualification and Experience:
• Degree in engineering or scientific discipline 
• 1+ years experience in a technical sales role
• Understanding of Aerospace, Defence & Marine market and technologies would be beneficial
• Experience of working with large Customer organizations would be beneficial
• Experience of working with military & governmental departments would be beneficial
• Ability to work with Customers’ large cross functional teams and utilize appropriately. 
• Capable of engaging from hands-on/demo level to formal presentation level with customer operators, managers and purchasers. 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently to accomplish project objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and within the matrix environment of Pall Corp
• Ability to prioritise actions, delegate effectively  & work to agreed deadlines 
• An understanding of financial analysis tools, such as ROIC etc.
• English and German knowledge at working level
