Description

Purpose of Position
This position has responsibility for the achievement of overall sales revenue targets of their territory.  This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationship with an established customer base along with prospecting, engaging and closing new accounts.
 
The ideal candidate is dynamic, confident, self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge. The role requires a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and a dynamic personality.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve agreed upon Sales forecasts, objectives and goals
  • develop sales forecast for region
  • build & maintain strong business relationships with key contacts
  • attend trade shows in region, identified through Marketing and agreed upon with Sales Manager
  • thorough knowledge of all products, customers and marketing strategies
  • generate new leads & maintain current customer base
  • quoting and completing the sale of products according to company policies
  • contacting all existing prospects and maintaining records in Sales CRM

Le (la) titulaire de ce poste est chargé(e) de la réalisation des objectifs de l’ensemble des recettes de vente sur son territoire.  Le (la) titulaire de ce poste sera chargé(e) de développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec une clientèle établie et, parallèlement à cela, sera chargé(e) de prospecter et engager de nouveaux clients ainsi que de mettre fin à la relation client.
 
Le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) doit être dynamique, plein(e) de confiance, auto-discipliné(e) et stimulé(e) par les défis. Le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) doit être une personne motivée, dotée de la capacité à résoudre les problèmes, d’une nature compétitive et dynamique.
 
Responsabilités Principales
  • Réaliser les prévisions de ventes, les objectifs et les buts fixés
  • Élaborer une prévision de ventes pour la région
  • Créer et maintenir de fortes relations commerciales avec des contacts clés.
  • Assister aux foires commerciales identifiées grâce à la commercialisation et en accord avec le Directeur des ventes
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie de tous les produits, clients et stratégies de commercialisation
  • Rechercher de clients potentiels et conserver la clientèle actuelle
  • Faire le devis et conclure la vente des produits en fonction des politiques de l’entreprise
  • Contacter tous les clients actuels et conserver leurs dossiers dans le GRC

  • Post-secondary education an asset
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales role

  • Highly proficient in MS office
