Description

Bajo Supervisión Indirecta coordina las operaciones de un grupo de empleados de producción especializados en las diferentes áreas de trabajo. Es responsable de alcanzar los estándares de volumen, calidad, desperdicio y tiempo en proceso y entrega establecidos.

  • De manera constante busca implementar diversas estrategias junto con su Jefe Inmediato para ayudar a cumplir lo siguientes en las diferentes áreas que tiene a su cargo:
  • Plan mensual de producción (Cumplimiento en un 100%).
  • Productividad de las áreas, al menos un 95%.
  • Un máximo de 2% de scrap.
  • Al menos un 96% de cumplimiento en fechas de entrega.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Profesionista de preferencia Ingeniero Industrial o Ingeniero Mecánico.
  • 3 años de experiencia previa en el puesto.
  • Al menos conocimientos de mejora de procesos y cambios de rutas.
  • Conocimientos en procesos metal mecánicos.
  • Deseable conocimientos básicos en SIX-SIGMA.
  • Dominar el idioma inglés en al menos in 75% (deseable).
