  • Vor-Ort und Remote- Betreuung von Endbenutzern im 1st und 2nd-level Bereich mit dem Ziel, Arbeitsausfälle zu minimieren und Produktivität sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung zentraler IT- Projekte z.B. Betrieb und Anpassung des Desktop Management Systems, der virtuellen Infrastruktur und des Mobile Device Managements
  • Administration von Server-Systemen

  • Einkauf der budgetierten IT-Investitionen, Kontakt mit Lieferanten, um die bedarfs- und termingerechte Versorgung der Arbeitsplätze zu gewährleisten
  • Beratung von Anwendern bei der Anschaffung von Hard- und Software (im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Lieferanten und Standards), erstellen von Gerätekonfigurationen und Einholen von Angeboten bei festgelegten Lieferanten
  • Termingerechte Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von PC-Systemen
  • Unterstützung und Durchsetzung der globalen IT Standards

Job Requirements


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als IT Systemelektroniker oder Fachinformatiker / Systemintegration
  • Erfahrung  in den Bereichen:
  • IT Service Management
  • PC-Hardware & Software
  • Server Verwaltung, Netzwerk, Virtualisierung
  • gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • zuverlässiger Teamplayer
