Description


Responsible
for leading our desktop support team and our managed services contract for
service desk/help desk support in Latin America and to provide excellent
customer service, resolve all technical issues and process customer requests
for IT services via our ticket/request system.


As
LatAm Help Desk leader, you should have an IT service management background combined
with customer service experience.   You should be able to ensure high quality
technical support while increasing client satisfaction. Develop and modify
phone/ticket escalation processes specific to the Latin American environment to
ensure free flowing escalation and information within the organization.
Determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and
external customers.


As
LatAm Desktop Support leader, you should have a solid technical background
with an understanding of laptop imaging processes, IT equipment (including
cell phones) procurement processes, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will coordinate efforts with Third-Party
service and maintenance providers as necessary to keep EUC Equipment and
Software in good working order, following the authorized warranty and repair
authorization process.  Work with the
Global Desktop Support Manager to develop strategies and processes for an
end-to-end ChemTreat solution.

Job Requirements



Qualifications



•        
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
or relevant field or five years of experience in leading IT service support
and end user computing functions.
