IT Administrator (Full Time – Req#: SCIxxxxxx)

LOCATION: Concord (Toronto), Ontario, Canada

SCOPE OF ROLE:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the CIO & VP, IT, who can assist with the day-to-day operations of a global IT organization. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administrative Support
•Support the VP/CIO and IT Leadership Team
•Schedule internal & external meetings, providing pro-active and real-time calendar management
•Handle external requests for time with VP/CIO
•Maintain administrative procedures, including business mail, travel arrangements, expense reports, authorizations and approvals, etc., all in line with company policies
• Planning & Coordination
•Assist with the planning, coordination, and coordination of departmental meetings and events
•Assist with the preparation of presentations using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
•Manage time-sensitive budgetary and compliance assignments as necessary
•Participate in special project assignments as-needed


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Required:
•5 years’ experience supporting executives in a global organization
•5 years’ experience planning meetings and events for a globally dispersed team
•5 years’ experience coordinating & preparing presentations at an executive level
•Calendar management using MS Outlook
•Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
•Advanced MS Excel skills
•Advanced MS Word skills
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact at the executive level
• Desired:
•Experience assisting with purchase orders and invoices
•Experience assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual budget reviews
•Experience assisting with light project coordination activities
