Performs Physical counts, process count information in Oracle, investigate and provide Root Cause Analysis information, and assist Lead and back up as directed.

Essential Functions

• Assist the inventory control lead and back up in the conductance of the cycle count program as well as proper identification of root cause.

• Manage assigned inventories through daily cycle counts and annual physical counts (PI).

• Maintain communication and effective coordination with supported customers (internal/external).

• Record and report inventory variances to management.

• Assists Lead and/or Supervisor on the removal and physical disposition of obsolete, damaged, and outdated products once approved by finance.

• Establish and maintain a working environment conductive to positive morale, quality, creativity, and team work.

• Assist the Inventory lead/back up in daily activities related to their department i.e. PSR, Short shipment, Special requests from all groups, W/O scanning.

• Able to perform Inventory Control activities in the most appropriate and effective manner (e.g., lifting, counting, use of Oracle, documenting, cleaning, and organizing the working area)

• Assist Inventory Control lead/supervisor in additional activities as directed.

• Ensure compliance with Company and Safety policies and procedures

Job Requirements



• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience in the areas of Material Handling, Order pulling, and Warehouse environment is a plus.

• Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle Inventory, Work in Process, Manufacturing, Shipping and WMS functions.

• Thorough understanding and command of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Access.

• Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise in a D/C environment.

• Knowledge and application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) while investigating inventory issues

• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing format.

• Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Special Qualifications and/or Remarks:

• Willing and able to travel between Glendora and Pomona facilities.

• Willing to work hours as necessary, including overtime and weekends on short notice.

• Attend meetings as necessary or as directed by Supervision.


• Inventory Control, Materials, Order Pulling, and Warehouse experience (preferred)
