Position Objective:
  • The Integrity Test Engineer is responsible, within our range of Single Use Bioreactors and Mixing systems, for managing projects and develop new tools as required related to the Pall Integrity Testing Strategy;
  • He/she will be the Subject Matter Expert on all Single Use Technology integrity test technologies, will fully characterize all current integrity methods and propose a rationale to improve, rationalize and make the methods common practice.
Essential Job Functions:
  • The Integrity Test Engineer works closely together with Marketing, Quality and Produce Engineering assessing future needs to define and adhere to market / customer requirements;
  • He/she considers all Single Use Technology consumable products;
  • The Integrity Test Engineer works in close collaboration with R&D for integrity requirements of new product developments;
  • He/she is required to write a series of validation documents which should be robust against external audits;
  • The Integrity Test Engineer focuses on continuous improvement of products and processes.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work in the field of Testing in engineering, preferably in the field of Polymers; 
  • Bachelor’s engineering degree, or equivalent work experience. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Technical Industrial management.
  • Good leadership, team work and cross functional cooperative skills required;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required.
  • Knowledge of process validation procedures and techniques, e.g. Process and product FMEA and process capability studies.
  • Able to write Factory Acceptance Tests and validation (IQ, OQ and PQ) documents for new products, processes and equipment.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications and Minitab knowledge of SAP and advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required;
  • Good presentation skills, both in person and remotely required;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Good organisation of time and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Travel to other sites on need basis (estimation 25%).
  • Can work with mini tab (statistics for CPK’s etc)
