Due to our strongly  growing business in Norway, we are seeking to reruit an Inside Sales & Administration Specialist to take on a variety of tasks to ensure seamless operations in dispatch, complaint handling and also support our pre-/and post-sales activities that include drafting and sending pricing/offer proposals to interested clients and manage contract renewals for existing customers. 

Your role:

  • Conduct outreach to existing and prospective clients to communicate business opportunites
  • Act as proactive communication partner for our IB, generating qualified sales leads, and following up with sales proposals
  • Support pricing improvement initiatives in conjunction with commercial operations
  • Support transformative marketing by further qualifiying telemarketing generated leads
  • Data entry into SAP-based Salesforce reporting system 
  • Provide clients with delivery information for ordered products
  • Answering inbound client calls, and delegating to respective team members, including dispatch/service, claims handling, invoicing and sales leads

Job Requirements


Your Profile:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for ensuring a superior client experience ideally gained by previous experience in inbound and/or outbound sales & marketing related function and/or customer service Environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, including mastery of managing various projects and topics at the same time, adhering to timelines, delivering as promised
  • Drive customer success through your solution oriented client Approach
  • Possess a high degree of self-initiative, excellence in networking capabilities
  • Enjoy and thrive on working in a team, combining teamwork with your self-motivated, target driven work approach  
  • Experienced in documentation in Salesforce or other SAP-based reporting Systems
  • Native speaker of Norwegian, fluent in English and ideally in another European language
