Ormco works closely with orthodontists to improve existing products and develop new products primarily through its Champion programs in which selected orthodontists assist Ormco in designing, developing and ultimately educating users on new product and technique innovations.


Description

Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.


Job Requirements



Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience customer service  preferable in dental, pharma, medical devices or similar,  Bachelor’s degree preferred ,  Self-motivated, confident. Call center experience is desirable.

Team player, Competitive, flexible and resilient by nature, Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work in a virtual setting with minimal supervision, Affable, engaging personality, Desirable English Capabilities (At least 50%)

Process marketing leads into sales funnel while validating customer's interests. Handles a customer database offering promotions according to customer's needs. Handles inbound calls from the clients of an organization to provide information regarding their products or services. Handling complaints, documenting incidents, and reporting requests to superiors for further assistance are the other responsibilities of the customer service associate.  He also handles few administrative tasks like form processing, processing and evaluating event-driven transactions, and third party problem solving. An Associate also handles document review for data processing, accuracy, and process management continuously. Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed
