I. Purpose of Position

The goal of this position is twofold:

1.       Esko is looking for an excellent communicator that can help grow the software business of Esko GCH by selling software upgrades, add-ons and small software configurations via telephone and electronic means.

2.       The second responsibility is to increase the conversion from marketing qualified leads and marketing generated opportunities into closed won cases by nurturing the leads and passing the right ones to the account managers.

II. Key Responsibilities

•         Develop a deep understanding of the Esko software solutions and products.

•         Work closely with the Marketing team to follow up on campaigns, help set-up new campaigns.

•         Nurture leads in our database by feeding them relevant content and contacting them with updated information about Esko solutions.

•         Use our database to identify dormant Esko customers in GCH and persuade them to upgrade to the latest version.

•         Contact existing customers to upsell add-on software tools

•         Work together with marketing and sales colleagues to maximize the conversion from lead to closed won opportunity.

•         Help introduce software subscriptions in the GCH market

•         Increase our market visibility by consistently adding the gathered information into our SFDC database

•         Accurately report activity and campaign effectiveness to the reporting manager

•         Measure customer satisfaction after software installation and configuration.

•         Achieve MGO to SAO Closed Won ratio

•         Market visibility contribution

IV. Required skills

•         Preferably already good knowledge of Esko software products or able to quickly understand new products

•         Familiar with the packaging printing industry

•         Excellent Communication skills, especially telesales oriented

•         A real sales instinct, with the ability to close deals.

•         Team player that involves the right colleagues at the right time.

•         Language skills: Chinese and English

•         Knowledge of is a plus
