Description

This is a highly professional relationship sales position with ongoing contact directly to orthodontists and universities. Technical sales position requiring strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently. Works to a set block plan, calling on accounts weekly with more focus on "Elite" accounts.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:                      

Required:

High School diploma/GED or Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1-2 years outside sales experience selling a premium product with a proven track record of success. 

Or Completion of formalized sales training course(s).

Preferred:

B.A. or B.S degree required (Science/technical background a plus)

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.

SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills.

Ability to work independently and creatively.

Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. 

Demonstrated ability to develop on-going professional relationships with customers.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Experience building rapport and effectively managing team involvement in a dynamic business environment.
