Description

Inside Sales Representative Care Plan- Miamisburg OH

Main role / Job Objective:       

Develop and drive the service revenue growth by selling service contracts to Esko’s installed base.

Main responsibilities and key activities: 
Create service contract proposals for software and hardware, based on existing databases and following a well-defined process. 
Follow up regularly to WIN (close) contract opportunities. 
Work in close cooperation with the sales and aftercare teams to follow up with customers 
Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers
Analyse the installed base in the region to identify sales opportunities 
Achieve quarterly defined targets and objectives 
Maintain an accurate reporting on service contract pipeline and forecast information 
And other duties as required

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualifications and professional knowledge:
Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment 
Inside Sales experience preferred
Price negotiations with end user
Background in technological high tech products or graphical industry is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills (understanding the business priorities and customer needs)  
Customer-oriented and professional
Confident, articulate and persuasive on the phone when dealing with people at all levels
Strong team focus
Determination to achieve
Salesforce.com experience is preferred
