We are looking for great talent, for future opportunities.   This is an evergreen / pipeline position, to help us proactively identify potential candidates for future openings.


• Apply Value Selling techniques to support the Videojet value proposition; engaging with our customers in a compelling manner and understanding what they value

• Prospect within new and existing accounts that results in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

• Support effective lead, nurturing follow-up activity with a straightforward approach that invites ongoing collaboration

• Provide Field Sales Engineers with pre-sales support for opportunities that are in the funnel

• Strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through nurturing long lead-time projects and phone-based qualification

• Build relationships with core teams (Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, etc.) to achieve goals/meet customer needs

• Leverage results and key learnings to enhance the success of the broader Inside Sales Team.

• Viewed as a business advisor to the customer, utilizing the knowledge of Videojet technology to help customers grow & thrive

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 - 4 years of sales and/or new business development experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably and MS Office applications
• Passionate and motivated to drive monthly sales by building essential relationships with customers (internal and external)
• Proficient in high-level communication in order to effectively educate customers on all technologies with extensive product knowledge
• Effective in managing your time and prioritizing daily tasks
• Willing to change directions frequently in the spirit of continuous improvement  
• Able to overcome objections and convert interest into growth opportunities
• Strategic thinker that commands quality, performance and superior communication
