1.    Complete outbound calling for selected X-Rite product lines from various mediums focused on customers leads generated by Marketing

2.    Provide creative contents approach strategies to work with Sales team members, Marketing communications personnel and Category representatives. Provide value to team, including advising as to call strategy, script customization, effective probing and objection-handling techniques

3.    Obtain/generate sales or relevant interest to buy X-Rite Products from the selected opportunities in our database

4.    Achieve 100%+ of objective against an annual sales goal and sales conversion goal as defined by commission plan

5.    Nurture new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning products and services that meet their needs. Move important opportunities up to territorial sales managers, when large opportunities are identified

6.    Create and maintain basic knowledge of X-Rite's product lines and service offerings

7.  Support and participate in events for selected partners to ensure that X-Rite is presented on the trade show or provide support that our partner can present X-Rite.

Job Requirements


1.    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Economics,

2.    Strong competency in verbal and written in English as well as fluency in Czech and Polish

3.    Goal-oriented, self-starter motivated by metrics and the achievement of goals

4.    Proven experience in selling by phone, mail and other interactions with customers

5.    Ability to qualify and enable interest in interacting with X-Rite by qualifying customers and potential customers

6.    Experience in organization of events, in-house trade shows, marketing planning, follow up on certain tasks

7.    One to three years of relevant experience in industrial sales management or customer service environment

8.    Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers

9.    Proven organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently

10. Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases (SFDC), word processing and spreadsheet applications

Critical Success factors:

1.    The candidate should have shown a proven success in selling technical solutions / equipment over the phone – 25% job requirement is selling

2.    Technical understanding to decode complexity on a customer side and ability to support Sales Managers to plan visits accordingly – 50% lead generation skills

3.    Ability to plan events and support with the organization of events at different locations – 25% event support
