Description

Develop and drive the service revenue growth by selling service contracts to Esko’s installed base.


Main responsibilities and key activities: 

o Create service contract proposals for software and hardware, based on existing databases and following a well-defined process. 

o Follow up regularly to WIN (close) contract opportunities. 

o Work in close cooperation with the sales and aftercare teams to follow up with customers 

o Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers

o Analyse the installed base in the region to identify sales opportunities 

o Achieve quarterly defined targets and objectives 

o Maintain an accurate reporting on service contract pipeline and forecast information 

o And other duties as required


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment 
o Inside Sales experience preferred
o Price negotiations with end user
o Background in technological high tech products or graphical industry is a plus
o Good knowledge of MS Office
o Strong analytical skills (understanding the business priorities and customer needs)  
o Customer-oriented and professional
o Confident, articulate and persuasive on the phone when dealing with people at all levels
o Strong team focus
o Determination to achieve
o Salesforce.com experience is preferred
