  • Performs assembly and testing on complicated valves and assemblies.

  • Performs complicated maintenance repairs.

  • Maintains high productivity while producing quality parts

  • Follows written technical instructions and drawings. 

  • Assembles job per drawing and work instructions and test hydraulic filtration assemblies per Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). 

  • Performs Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on hydraulic test stands and related test equipment

  • Troubleshoots technical problems during assembly and test.

  • Troubleshoots malfunctions of hardware

  • Evaluates and repairs customer returns, as needed

Job Requirements


  • Must have High School or GED; Technical Trade School Graduate preferred

  • Minimum of Two (2) years of experience working in a related (mechanical) field/position

  • Good mechanical skills and technical abilities. 

  • Must have knowledge and prior experience using technical hand tools and gages

  • Familiarity with Hydraulic/pneumatic principles and related hardware

  • Must be able to read and comprehend drawings and written work instructions

  • Ability to valuate and repair all Pall customer returns, when needed

  • Identify cost savings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.

  • Work safely by following all safety procedures.

  • Trains coworkers and supports continuous cross training improvements

  • Participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement programs while supporting the Pall Operating System (POS)

  • Ability to work scheduled overtime as needed.

  • Required Lifting Weight: 30 lbs.  Lifting Frequency:  Daily

  • Must be able to work with solvents, oils and other chemicals required.

  • Required to stand for long periods, twist, bend.

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.  U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.  Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
